How do I register, and what details do you need?

Registration happens through the registration form. Once we receive it, we let you know your details have arrived and when your process will start.

How does the process work after I register?

After an intake conversation, we put together an anonymised profile. It only goes online once you have approved it. As soon as there is a suitable candidate, we get in touch; we do our best, but cannot guarantee an outcome.

What does a process cost, and can I pay in instalments?

We explain the costs and payment moment during the intake. For current rates, see our services; instalments can be discussed.

What does my profile look like, and when does it go online?

Your profile is an anonymised summary: gender, candidate number, birth year and a short description. It only goes online once you have agreed to it.

What happens to my details and summary?

Profiles are anonymised, and we never share your summary publicly without your consent. If you would rather we leave something out, we respect that.

How do I sign up for a masterclass, and what are the conditions?

Sign-up happens through the events page; participants receive materials and instructions beforehand. We go over the exact conditions for payment and cancellation when you sign up.

How long does it take before I receive a proposal?

There is no fixed timeframe. We search based on the preferences you have shared, and we reach out as soon as there is a suitable match.

How does the approach align with Islamic principles?

We try to hold to the rules of Islam at every step, including the involvement of the Mahram in contact between two candidates.

How do I respond to a proposal, and how does contact work?

Responses always go through the matchmaker, never directly between candidates. The Mahram is involved in every proposal.

What does the relationship coaching involve?

Coaching consists of ongoing guidance for couples, offered in packages of one or more conversations per month. For current terms, see our services.
